Notes:

• Arrive latest 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the session

• Bring your dogi (uniform) and all protective gear

​​

• Bring a sweat towel.​

​​

• Bring your own snacks, drinks. There is both a coffee cart and dairy one minute walking distance from the venue.

​

• There are toilet, changing and showering facilities are available at the Indoor Sports Centre.
